These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WoodHub online platform, including the website, CRM system, property client storefronts, and other related services and features of WoodHub.

By using WoodHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

WoodHub provides users with technical tools to automate and manage:

• cabins, cottages, and accommodation locations;
• services, rates, and pricing rules;
• guest databases and contacts;
• bookings, schedules, and check-in times;
• payment and deposit statuses;
• third-party integrations and other related workflows.

The platform feature set may be updated and changed periodically.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all actions performed through their account or team member accounts within assigned access permissions.

WoodHub is a software platform providing technical tools for automating cabin and cottage booking management.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, WoodHub is not a party to any agreement between a host and their guests regarding stay bookings or service provision.

The host independently determines stay pricing, booking rules, cancellation and rescheduling policies, refund terms, and other rules governing interaction with their guests.

The host is also solely responsible for the accuracy of information, prices, availability, rules, and other content published or configured via WoodHub.

The user is responsible for the legality of data and materials added to WoodHub, as well as possessing the necessary rights and legal grounds for using and processing such data (including guest databases, cabin photos, descriptions, and rules).

Certain payments related to bookings or platform usage may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment processing terms are also governed by the rules of the respective payment service.

WoodHub does not control third-party payment systems and is not responsible for temporary outages or errors originating directly on the side of such payment services.

WoodHub may support integrations with third-party services (such as iCal). The availability and performance of such integrations may depend on the respective third-party providers.

Software, interface designs, logos, brand assets, text, and other WoodHub materials are intellectual property protected by applicable laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

WoodHub exercises reasonable efforts to ensure stable and secure platform operations; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

Access to the platform or specific features may be temporarily limited due to technical maintenance, updates, emergency works, third-party service performance, or other circumstances beyond WoodHub's control.

WoodHub may temporarily restrict or terminate access to the platform in the event of a violation of these Terms, unauthorized access attempts, use of the service for illegal purposes, or actions posing a threat to platform security or stability.

Personal data processing during the use of WoodHub is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

WoodHub may periodically update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the latest update.
